How to retrieve your in-game account password

Here is a simple guide on how to retrieve your in-game account password.

1. Login to your web account and proceed to account setting page

2. Click on which GAME ACCOUNT that you want to change and click “Forgot Game Password”

3. An email will be sent to your registered email address to complete your password retrieval. Click “Reset your game password”

4. Enter your new password and click “Continue”

i cant see Recovery in step 5 when i click the mairmid theres no Can’t access game account but i see is merge the account
