Connection lost to alcadia or arena?

i use Maxis network cannot connect to alcadia or arena, cannot connect from map 1 aldia to map 3 vitory. I have to force to use different tunnel to connect and play game properly, and sometime those tunnels are not stable (300ms ping sometime, is lag and delay),

i know not only me got this problem,

Please try out the Alpha patch as it has a multi VPN selection which could resolve your issue.

i tested all global, universal, singapore, indonesia etc … sometime still dc, is alpha patch so not much to expect… now is after connect to map 3 or alcadia, switch back to global one to continue playing …
