Our network engineers are currently working on resolving the current issues listed below:
- “Connection to authorization server lost” during login
- Disconnections during teleportation in between maps
- “Already logged in” while trying to login in game
- Unable to re-enter character after getting disconnected
If you are facing these issues, you may be affected with the network disruptions in the Southeast Asia region by certain network providers. A temporary solution would be to use a paid VPN service that has a location in Singapore to connect to. Avoid using free VPN’s as it may be an unreliable fix.
