WIN7 black screen after choosing server

Dear Admin,

my friend is having a problem. he cannot proceed further than selecting server. after selection, it will be stuck with black screen. the RYL hand cursor is there but that’s all. we tried some solutions in here but no luck.

thanks for your quick reply. just to verify, we could run this server on WIN 7, right?

It’s recommended to play the game on Windows 10 for best performance.
