i can’t take trade items from my trade window and put it into my inventory. tried relogging but did not help. now file cheecking.

the update - i file checked and worked but it happened again.
this time i asked the same person to trade me again. then i am able to transfer my item again.
i will upload photos if it happened again. tq.
