In the past, many new players always tend to wait to join Warfare when there is a new season only.
This will now change.
Why?
Because high fame players have a serious advantage in terms of PVP bonus.
Over time, as the population drops, less new players join because
they cant compete with the high fame players, although they have decent equipment.
The solution for this is, we have reduced the E-lvl bonus gab in order to preserve the balance throughout
Season 11, this will allow new players to join the community in any point of time.
New players will now have a better chance to compete with high fame players.
