Im new here, is there a way to make those text and windows bigger in game by keeping 1080p resolution?

The image that you have uploaded is the default text setting for 1080p.
There is no in-game settings to alter text size as of this time.
We are currently working on some updates to improve the game and for now, we will take note of this and hopefully we can develop a workaround for the text resizing in the future.
