Is there a way to change key-bindings in game?

Hello everyone,

Im just returning to RYL from an almost 10 year break. I was wondering if anyone knows how to adjust keybindings. I looked through the game folders and was unable to locate any word documents i could adjust or find any menu items that spoke about adjusting key binds. For example id like to make my F key activate one of my action bar skills.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.

At the moment it is not possible to change the key bindings in game.
