I’m following the class guide and having a hard time understanding when it says a skill needs to be level 3.2 or level 4.2?..Like does 6 skill books count as 1 level so if i needed to get a skill to 3.2 that mean i need to do 6 * 3 then 2 tier 4 books? idk
