We have fully aware of the technical issues such as random errors messages, game suddenly crashes, disconnections when casting a spell. These issues exist in the Windows 7 environment and we highly advise an upgrade to Windows 10.
If the upgrade to Windows 10 is not suitable for you, the workaround would be the installation of a later version of your GPU driver.
For those who are using nvidia gpus, kindly download and install the driver from the link below:
For 32 bit Windows

For 64 bit Windows

If you are not sure what type of Windows is installed in your computer.
- Right Click on “Computer”
- Click on “Properties”
- Under the properties page, it will show you the version of Windows.
- Download the correct file version from the link posted above.
