Lloyd , you did autopatching from client. Try to download manual patch as GM said.

Please install the main client HERE
After installing that client, install THIS PATCH in the same folder as the main client and you should be able to login.
Don’t forget to add the folder to windows exclusion list to avoid getting a false positive from windows defender.
