Black screen flashing after chosing server

Hello,
I’ve downloaded and instaled the game, and after selecting the server my computer “flashes” a black screen for half a second and the game wont open, launcher closes itself.

My specs:
Windows 10 Pro
GTX 560 Ti

I have tried:

  • Openning all 4 launchers in the folder
  • Running each one as: Admin - Compatibility mode (all OS) - Some random other compatibility options
  • Allowing login and engine on my firewall
  • Deactivating firewall
  • Deactivating windows defender
  • Reinstalling with both downloads on game page
  • Manually patching the game after installing
  • Openning installer and patcher as administrator
  • Restarting computer
  • Changing resolution on setup
  • Changing my pc resolution before trying

Aditional Info:
When I select the server the process engine.exe starts for about 1-2 seconds after closing.

Yet none of these worked for me, any tips on what would be the problem? I see there is 2-3 other posts with similar problems, yet none of them had enough info or solution. Searched on all Ryl server forums, and no answer so far.

Hello sir, please do not run the game with any compatibility mode options.
Please also update your windows 10 to the latest version.
If you are still facing difficulties logging in game, you can pm us so we can arrange a remote support to troubleshoot your issue.

Windows is updated now, Its the Windows 10 Pro version, and I have no idea on what to try now :confused: can we setup the remote support if possible please?
